Director, Outpatient Treatment Program

We are seeking a Qualified Health Professional (LMSW, CASAC, etc.) with excellent communication skills, a strong administrative background and 3-5 years supervisory experience in a chemical dependency program to join our management team.  He/she will be responsible for all outpatient clinical services, program development, supervision of clinical staff and non-clinical staff to ensure the delivery of quality care to clients. Candidates must demonstrate familiarity with and be able to maintain compliance with state, county and federal regulations.  The director will oversee maintenance and documentation of licensure, clinical competency and educational development of clinical staff. He/she will execute weekly and monthly reporting, monitor trends in enrollment and participation and be able to respond accordingly. We are looking for a director to work in collaboration with the leadership team and partner agencies. LMSW with 3-5 years supervisory experience strongly preferred.
